WHAT INGREDIENTS ARE USED IN YOUR CAKES?

I make all my cakes from scratch the ''old fashioned'' way using high quality products, and NEVER do I use any shop bought premixed sponge mixes.

After just one bite of my cakes, you'll understand why they are so popular

 

My Vanilla cakes contain Flour, Sugar, Margarine, Whole Egg, Baking Powder and Vanilla Bean Extract.

 

My Chocolate Cakes contain all the above ingredients plus real Belgian chocolate.

 

My Coconut Cakes also contain the same ingredients as above  but with added Coconut 

 

I use a readymade commercial sugar paste along with food colours* where necessary.

 

*Each cake design uses different food colours and decoration's all of which have passed safety tests and have been approved for use throughout the European Union. This approval is monitored, reviewed and amended in the light of new scientific data. I  try to use more natural colours where I can, but your cakes could contain some of the following :

E102, E104, E110,E122, E124, E129, E133, E151.

The sparkles, sprinkles and shiny things contain E171, to make them sparkle!

 

Allergy Advice

All my cakes and cupcakes contain Milk, Wheat and Egg and are suitable for Vegetarians.

I make all my cakes carefully in my own kitchen and conform to a high standard of food hygiene. As I also prepare and cook other foods in my kitchen I cannot 100% guarantee that my products do not include traces of nuts or sesame seeds?
